Located in the heart of the city, this hotel provides easy access to everything of interest in town. It's located near many restaurants, making it a great spot for foodies. the rooms are spacious and clean, with a charming view of the area. the personnel is very friendly and helpful, making it feel like a home away from home. the welcome chocolate truffles are a nice touch, and the price is reasonable.
The breakfast options are quite limited and could offer more variety.

Spent Easter at this hotel and it was a good experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, and the toiletries provided were of high quality. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with key attractions within walking distance. We also appreciated the complimentary chocolate truffles and free Wi-Fi that was fast and reliable.
While we overall enjoyed our stay, there were a couple of negatives. we were asked to pay in cash as the card machine was not working, which was an inconvenience.

We had a great time staying in this hotel. Best aspects were the hotel facilities, cleanliness, transportation, and location in the city centre. The lobby was lovely, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is situated on the sidewalk in the front of the building, making it easy to access. We enjoyed wandering around the city center, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Transportation options were great, and we had easy access to explore this city.
Worst aspects? Nothing for me.

Great welcome with a warm chocolate drink and Christmas sweets. the hotel was beautifully decorated for the holiday season and the staff was friendly. Located in the center of the historic area, it was close to many shops and restaurants.
The room was not clean, the bed had stains and the sheets were old. the bathroom was outdated and smelled bad.
